Online Reservation Form

As per September 2022 we will start using a new online reservation method which is linked to the MicroSoft365 office Conservatoire environment (Teams). The old online reservation-form will be de-activated at the start of the summer holiday (8/7/22).

New Reservation Books

The reservation books for regular gear and PA which we maintained in Google sheets will be moved to Microsoft office 365 as well as per the start of the new academic year 2022-2023. The link to thses books will be shared soon.

The old form and reservation books below will retire per 8/7/22

You can view the reservation books where all the reservations for equipment owned by the EWP is registered.

If you wish to reserve one or multiple items, you can check the availability in our reservation books and come to the EWP to reserve it personally.

You can also fill in the form (click on the image below). When this for is submitted we will receive an e-mail with your request. When the request is legitimated, we will make the actual reservation. If you have questions, or you are no really sure what you need, please drop by the EWP and ask.

Please note: there is a lot of equipment that we do not lend out or that needs special permission (passe-partous) in order to use/reserve it, check the instructions in the form.
