A maximum of 2 of the same articles can be borrowed from the following item groups: Cameras & Camera Stands, Recorders, Beamers & Speakers.The borrowing period is maximum 3 days. This can be extended for maximum of 2 more periods from 3 days, in case the item is not reserved by someone else.
General conditions (English below)
Artikel 1: De bruiklener verbindt zich het geleende goed te zullen onderhouden. De bruiklener verbindt zich eventuele schade aan het geleende onverwijld te melden aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium. Indien door nalatigheid schade en/of verlies aan/van de apparatuur ontstaat, zal de bruiklener hiervoor aansprakelijk worden gesteld.Artikel 2: De bruiklener mag aan boven omschreven apparatuur / instrument(en) geen wijzigingen aanbrengen of reparaties laten uitvoeren zonder toestemming van het Koninklijk Conservatorium.Artikel 3: De bruiklener is persoonlijk verantwoordelijk voor de hierboven omschreven apparatuur / instrument(en). Dit geldt tevens voor alle accessoires. Het is de bruiklener derhalve niet geoorloofd het geleende aan derden ter beschikking te stellen.Artikel 4: Het Koninklijk Conservatorium heeft te alle tijde het recht de bruiklener te verplichten hem/haar de boven omschreven apparatuur / instrument(en) te tonen of terug gave te vorderen.Artikel 5: De apparatuur wordt uitsluitend gebruikt voor studie doeleindenArtikel 6: Bij niet nakomen van één of meerdere voorwaarden van deze overeenkomst is artikel 4 van toepassing
Article 1: The Borrower agrees to undertake the maintenance of the loan that will be taken, for the full period of the borrowing. The Borrower must immediately notify the Royal Conservatoire if any change occurs to the loan, with regard to equipment damage by negligence or through the loss of part of the loan. The Borrower will be held liable.Article 2: The borrower must strictly adhere to the description of the above loan. In under no circumstances must changes or repairs be carried out to the equipment / instrument(s) without the consent of the Royal Conservatoire. Article 3: The borrower will be personally responsible for all equipment / instrument(s) that make up the loan. This also applies to all accessories. The borrower is also not permitted to make any part of the loan available to third parties. Article 4: The Royal Conservatoire maintains the right to request the immediate return of the above equipment / instrument(s) of the above loan. Article 5: The equipment / instrument(s) shall be used only for the purposes of study. Article 6: Failure to fulfil any of the above conditions within this Agreement will result in the actions detailed in Article 4.
